Description After reading Plato’s “Allegory of the Cave” (from his book The Republic) briefly summarize the reading and explain your thoughts on the relationship between how people perceive the world and how people interpret reality. Then answer: How does art fit into this allegory? Use quotes from the reading to support your argument. Write a 2-3 page paper (double-spaced and properly edited) on this topic (with only 2 lines used for your name and course number and an additional page for works cited). A stapled paper copy should be submitted at the beginning of class and a digital copy must be uploaded to Blackboard as well.
